Mathias Junge
“When I got to know Siggi Bergen 8 years ago, I learned that meditation requires no effort or basic knowledge and can actually be used in any everyday situation. Through mindfulness, both as a person and in my work as an actor, I am deeper in the here and now and everything around me becomes “relative” in a joyful way. Just a few minutes a day is a tremendous source of energy” and Mr. Bergen has a sensitive way of conveying it all”
“Matthias Junge became well known through the leading role of police chief Kai Timmermann in the TV series SOKO Wismar[1], which he played for 10 years from 2011 to 2021.[2] Furthermore, Junge is known to a wide audience as a film actor, among others in television series such as Tatort, Heldt, Morden im Norden, The Crime Scene Cleaner.” Source: Wikipedia

“I was never good at school. And never a big fan of any belief systems, clubs, forms of teaching or any kind of pooling of knowledge.
I have always been suspicious when it comes to “following” a school.
So for a long time I struggled with the idea of meditation, or learning to do it. And even avoided.
It was a perfect coincidence that I got to know Siegmund Bergen on a walk with friends and not with the intention of finding a meditation teacher.
So we arranged to meet at my house very casually – and just sit on the floor somewhere.
And that was it. There was no more.
I was no longer afraid. Because I could feel and understand – that it’s not about understanding something. To “perform” something.
Neither about me, the student, nor about the teacher. It doesn’t matter at all.
Something to believe.
To do something right.
On the contrary – it’s about LETTING GO of all these things.
And as simple and banal as that sounds, it is actually that big.
Siggi has such a wonderfully humble and honest way of passing on these techniques.
And in the end it was a relief to be able to follow this “technique”.
Because it’s about learning silence.
And silence belongs to no one, no religion, no club, no system, no school, no belief system.
Which is why learning meditation is not learning, not doing, but rather letting go.
I am very grateful that I was able to meet Siggi and that he was able to introduce me to this wonderful art of silence.

“I had no prior knowledge of meditation, nor did I realize what effect it would have on me. Mr. Bergen guided me through effective meditations in his very pleasant way. He not only opened up the space of my own silence for me, he also showed me in an impressive way a way into my own grief and my interpersonal pain in order to deal with it. That was very healing for me and an unimaginable experience, for which I am very grateful to Mr. Bergen. I wish him continued happiness in his work as a meditation teacher, and you a meeting with Mr. Bergen.”

LOU SCHOOF
(InternationalTop Model)
I had been aware of meditation for a long time, but never a practice.
It was only through my workshop with Sigmund Bergen that I attempted to integrate meditative routines into my generally mindful life.
A good friend recommended this to me, we quickly made an appointment and Sigmund visited me at home for the workshop – uncomplicated and integrated into my living environment.
In his introduction – and always – the practices he imparted made it easier for me to openly encounter my capacity for inner and physical silence and meditation and to allow myself to be carried by what I found. Meditation is no longer a concept I can’t handle – I found it through techniques that I still use today.
Siegmund showed me ways of meditation with his sincere and pleasant way of teaching. And helped me to allow this.
